Firmware update for the F20 SXGA+ projector with new GUI (and HDMI input)
PS! If you have SW revision < 10 installed, is it imperative that you first program the "bootcode.inf" to benefit from the improvements i the new projector firmware. The bootcode can be found in the firmware file bundle below. Boot code must be flashed using serial connection.
1: Flash the "bootcode.inf"
2: Flash the "appcode.inf"
When SW upload to the projector is complete, the power cord needs to be toggled to complete the upgrade process.
In some cases after a SW upgrade it might take longer than usual to get the projector into standby mode.
In these rare cases the projector internal electronics is restructuring data, typical identification of this is an inconsistently blinking amber LED. This process can take as long as 20 minutes.
It is IMPERATIVE that you do not toggle the power cord when the above mentioned data restructuring takes place!
