Terms of Service
Academy trainings are free of charge. The registrant is responsible for his/her travel arrangements and the registrant will cover the registrants travel and accommodation costs.

No-Show Policy
This policy covers no-show or late cancellations. If you do not show, or do not cancel your registration in a timely manner, you (your company) will be invoiced a fee (value below). To avoid being penalized, you must cancel your registered training no less than 10 days before the scheduled training class starts.

The no-show and late cancellation fee covers all training classes you are registered to (if you have registered for more than one class), and is not limited to a single class.

No-Show Fee
No-show and late cancellation fees are as follows;

• No-Show fee: € 500,-
• Cancellation within 10 days of start € 250,-

In order for the cancellation to be valid, a written email has to be sent to academy@projectiondesign.com containing the name and details of the registrant. You will be notified when we have received the cancellation email.
