3D Stereoscopic Display

3D stereoscopic display, or 3D imaging refers techniques for creating or enhancing the illusion of depth in an image by presenting two offset images separately to the left and right eye of the viewer. Images are generated by establishing two different view points towards the same object, and the projection or display device projects these onto a screen using passive or active techniques, catering for smaller or larger audiences.
